Attach proper screens-shots to support your case. What it looks like is your account maybe banned for creating multiple accounts which is fair enough. What do you mean by cant logout so I made a new account. That doesnt make any sense.

And how can i present you screenshots, if my old account is gone and i can`t login anymore
?The chat is deleted too. So i can`t make a screenshot of the communication from other players, where they told that their account is closed / or banned or whatever.
The hole last week the chat was not reset.
And my account can`t be banned for creating multiple accounts, because i created a new account after i can`t login anymore!!
Your answer did not help or protect other gamers to lost their money.
