New bounty. 500 sem for a testnet VM simple coinflip type
contract.  Must include small document how folks can use it from sem
console.  We don't advocate gambling, but some sort of non monetary
testnet contract to get folks introduced to using VM contracts and to get
more testload on testnet seems beneficial.
