It seems like those reviews are merely from users who got phished, and where the phishers/attacker used Wirecard as an intermediary to get their victim's money. So those reviews aren't really based on the service. Still though, Wirecard enabling spammers&scammers is something one should keep in mind, as we don't know what OP is up to.

I don't get it OP. Explain to me how you can issue me a Mastercard from https://www.wirecard-cardsolutions.co.uk/products/prepaid-portfolio/ for only 30$, and a Bitcoin adress that comes with the card i can deposit money to?

If this is legit, it could
A. be an extremely useful product, and i'm fairly certain a lot of people would be interested in using it. -> which will result in your inevitable downfall as you don't comply with KYC?
B. be a partnership established under false pretenses, as i don't understand why in the hell https://www.wirecard-cardsolutions.co.uk/products/prepaid-portfolio/ would make a deal like this with you... -> Which will result in them shutting the "partnership" down as soon as you get any traction.
