Thanks for the link to stackexchange, I definitely like site, and what it's about.  The only advantage that google moderator had over it is that the interface is more intuitive, and it's more about voting on other people's questions as being relevant and/or in need of answers.

Side note, still only day 2, and I'm at 77 votes from 17 people. 

Other than that, stackexchange looks great too, except I'm not the moderator of it
