What are you talking about? Most altcoins are in green as well. This is something really different unlike 2017. With many crypto adoption and news about big companies this is really something good for the whole market. Of course, btc will dominate the market.
I guess the OP talked about the relationship of bitcoin to the altcoins. Basically speaking, there are massive changes occuring in altcoins when bitcoin moves (whether up or down). Therefore, altcoins are still dependent in bitcoin till now. I hope someday they reach out their ATH without the help of bitcoin.
