Is there anything I can do myself to fix this or is it a bug with cudaminer?

Launch command:
cudaminer-2014-02-09\x64\cudaminer.exe -a keccak -i 1 -l K1152x28 -L 512 -o stratum+tcp://maxpool.1gh.com:17333 -O 123:x -D

It seems to get stuck like this a lot.

i only see a bug that you are using -u 123 instead -u yourmaxcoinwalletaddress
