Yes but this USD/altcoin price is affected by Bitcoin price so it doesn't tell much about exact altcoin itself.
That's his point. The DVC price is stable, not really rising or falling compared to the USD.
Now, if the btc price rises *and* the dvc price stays above 120 satoshis per btc, I'll be impressed.
