From the looks of it, these set of transactions weren't the issue.
Tx1 was spent from the change of Tx2 which completely spend your 0.0363btc deposit.

The issue is the other "recus" in history with a value of 0.0296BTC that was missing in the total balance.

You can check the transaction ID yourself by pasting it in the search box in the links on your quoted post above.
If the balance is still there "unspent" (green), the issue must be on the wallet's cache like BitMaxz said.
If it was "spent" (red), it must be something else.

Looks like this is the 0.0296BTC deposit's transaction ID: 0c3ead295d2a69fceeca756735b5ee0721482bdef8f5c438e78d5f7d56b94c60.
If it is, it's Bitpay wallet's issue because it is still unspent.
Don't worry, you can always recover the private key(s) including the funded address if things gone wrong.
