More likely he will not show up and be held in contempt for already failing to provide a list of public addresses and now the court is asking him to appear and explain it and why he shouldn't be held in contempt. I doubt we will see Craig in the US for a long time now.
You might very well be right.
He's in a sticky wicket of a situation.
On one hand, if he wins the court case on the basis that there is no Tulip Trust (as I strongly suspect), it will mean he is not Satoshi.
On the other hand, by evading the issue he can continue the charade that he is Satoshi, but never be off the hook for the lawsuit and pretty much unable to ever re-enter the United States.
I doubted he existence of such a trust, my belief has been and still is that Satoshi deleted his private keys and washed his hand of the entire thing.
I believe when Gavin was meeting with the CIA, Satoshi knew if he met with them that they would want a backdoor or charge him with assistaning every single silkroad transaction. He knew at the time if he denied he'd be forced to dump his coins for an attorney and fight tooth and nail to stay free. He figured ever using the coins ment possible unmasking and Government attempt at control.
