In my opinion, I will advice you to go ahead to buy it but not so much. Then, make sure you invest into promising projects so you can get the best out no your alt. It's always good to buy cheap and sell at an higher price but if market conditions are not so stable, things May not go as you have planned. So, be guided. Don't buy too much cheap coins just so you don't run into losses
