1.4.3.6 - Leisure Upgrade

- Ensure exec analyze analyzes the correct height range
- Ensure Leaderboard summary and detail owed amounts match, and refer to
the (promince % * superblock total)
- Remove jerky update to Leaderboard GUI and allow it to respect the
users sort column
- Remove UI laginess caused by the BiblePay miner
- Improve miner.cpp's efficiency (mine for a minute at a time before
checking for changes, and update the GUI once every 10 seconds, and
ensure thread interruption point allows a graceful exit when program is
ending).  Ensure CreateNewBlock does not cause blocking to the UI.
- Remove log spam
- Add ABN error message for cases where balance is less than required
amount due to confirmations < 6
- Enforce GSC protocol version

1.4.3.7-Leisure Upgrade

- Bubble ABN errors or success message to getmininginfo, do not clear
errors until 3+ mins.
- Allow last coin to be selected in ABN transactions (subtract txfee
from amount spent)

Note:  I believe this latest version will rectify every issue posted (except not having enough BBP in your account).

PS:  MIP is traveling and unable to build linux for 14 more hours, please self-compile linux and Mac.

NOTE:  We did the grunt work in testnet to get it syncing, so it should be relatively safe to participate now.

Please help test the next version.
