You have to wait for the end of BTC's dramatic movement first. During this bear market (for alts of course) it is almost impossible to find a coin which is going to increase X3 its price.
why should wait for the BTC to be stable? why not buy and hold BTC, I don't think it's impossible if BTC can rise 3x from now or even more
