Those other issues regarding rerunning (or duplicating) a previous tax report should be a very easy fix. 5 mins top
The other non importing of csv exports from CT i guess would take longer to code but it is something that would seem logical.

If you still have problems with reimporting the CSV file, you are welcome to send it to me in a ticket via our HelpDesk. Then I can have a closer look at the file.
