no, now only 65% of the total hardcap. in my opinion this is very big achievement, if they don't increase the hardcap to 30 M maybe now they have reached hardcap

The increment was not bad at all. as we can see they sold around 17% of the additional 50% increment added to the token sale. At least it was a win win situation for everyone.
