If you are in the EEE, I can recommand Wirex.
The account comes with a physical card and you can deposit BTC and other crypto in your account, on the app.
You have to convert the crypto into fiat in the app, so you can spend it with the card.

Yep. If you don't want to wake up one morning to find out VISA/Mastercard suspended your third party card, you should either use something like wirex, or perhaps even better, Coinbase, https://www.coinbase.com/card
I think bitpay also offers cards (?) https://bitpay.com/card Not sure.
Anyway, all of these cards require full KYC.
If you don't want that, i guess you could try one of the lesser known providers, but just be wary that they could close shop at any time.
