Most of people will choose their own exchange site based on the popularity, i can't agree about that because those points can be considered as the factors for people to determine how good that exchange is. But liquidity should become another point to make a complete factors to be used to determine the best exchange site. i personally prefer with exchange site with a lot of volume.
