Wdym up and down? You mean some order disappear or show up suddenly before it shows on the chart?
Maybe some bot is in actions, or some user decided to cancel their order.


Never see this issue before. Used Bittrex multiple times and it's quite fast. Not sure about now though. Did you have a fast internet connection?
