Yes, am afraid so. The target for btc has been achieved and the project is left with bcn and usdt. I guess the btc market may be open for the wishlist airdrop which would be starting on the 26th of this month. I remember seeing btc on the wishlist form, don't know if it would be effected or not.

I don't really understand the decision to only have a limited number of tokens available for purchase with BTC. Doesn't that scare potential investors away who maybe wanted to invest with BTC?

It is a brilliant idea if you ask me, it creates some kind of urgency in the mind of participants making them take part in the sale for the fear of missing out. Also, it creates an image for the project, they are not just in for the money so they set targets for every process.
