В списках Xal0lex-а его нет, если я правильно понимаю, то забанен он был в английской части форума.
Конечно я могу ошибаться, так как не читал его профиль полностью, но этот участник был заметен и у него были хорошие темы.
Может быть это "какое-то уклонение" или причина - как у всех?
