There is no way that LIBRA can destroy Bitcoin, like user above me say bitcoin have stronger community than LIBRA.
Facebook has pulled in significant partners in this project and what from my side I can say that they are not partners in this project (Mastercard,Visa, Vodafon, Coinbase, Xapo and etc...) LIBRA there would be nothing of this coin from my side of view.
