Gambling losing streak,

I’m into gambling for about months now, and in my first game I was able to generate profit enough to be happy, I continued for the rest of my 4 weeks of playing, sometimes its breakeven but I know its ok.

My friend invited me to play with him in casino this time, I have enough money to play for so I decided to say yes. Bad luck comes to me this time, at first my loss was about $500, so I know it is still fine and decided to continue, but the moment we stopped I think its too late now since I’ve already loss $3000, a very bad day for me. I’ve lost the money I’ve worked hard for.

This is an eye opener situation for me, and I’ve realized that gambling was slowly eating my brain and my money. Now I’m broke but still kickin, this can be the proof that chasing your losses is not good at all and it should be avoided. Have the same experience with me? Don’t hesitate to share and give some thoughts for those who are suffering from sitution like this.  Sad

That's why it's important to play with some rules...

*Never gamble with money that you are not ready to lose.
*set a goal because if you don't have a goal, then is hard to know when to stop.
*If you don't feel good or aren't having fun, better take a walk.
This rule is very helpful, before you gamble just practice and accept it first if what will be the possibility may happen. So if you gamble you know some limitations, dont expect too much in gambling, and there are two things should happen you may lose or you win.
Yes it is true there is no need to take tension about gambling you can win or you cam lose but don’t take it on your health, just have patience and try to gamble with fun, when you gamble just stay calm and put your full effort, in gambling knowledge matters allot if you have knowledge about the game you are playing, you will be able to enjoy it and will be able to play with fully fun.

It's good to have fun despite of having no assurance of winning, but we can't stop the probability of being emotional after losing huge amount of money in gambling. Although you're having fun at first, yet you eventually forgot how to control yourself that's why you tend to be addicted. You've been control financially and emotional which is your brain that's associated with emotions.
