A messenger where no one can trace my messages? Sounds like Telegram at least, or even just pgp signed messages. I don't see why anyone would sign up to something that already exists. What you described is privacy anyway, not decentralized. This is yet another aspect of projects being shilled. They say they're one thing, they don't know how to explain how it is they do that one thing.
