Does the 10% bonus have any restriction on the plays after they are credited? As in, do I have to wager it or is it mine?

And is the 10% bonus applied to the bet amount or to the winnings?

As in, if I bet $10, and the bet is cancelled so that it returns to me my wager, am I getting back $11 or $10?
