Remove IEO in the equation. Let's say back to ICO and bounty, do you still see having bounty as more successful?
It takes time before IEO applications of these start ups gets approved. They launch bounties while waiting for that.
I guess some projects are doing that prior to IEO, but then again there's only few projects that are in IEO who runs bounty compared to the bounty hunters who would like to promote the project.
