I need Google cloud accounts that have been verified with documents. Preferably using VCCs from US or EU countries. (Open to discussion)

The accounts will be used for a long time and need to be able to survive a large quota request.

I will need proof of the verification in the form of emails exchanged with google cloud support. I will also need the documents used to verify so that I can re upload them if needed.

I am willing to pay market rate for the documents($35) + the account($15). Willing to pay more to anyone who can consistently sell me multiple HQ accounts.
