Just wait for the mempool to clear up a bit, its majorly overloaded at the moment due to the high volatility in the price & lots of people trading.

Were both transactions sent from the same address?
It so it means one is unconfirmed so the other wont be until the first one is if you understand. Ive had it before, these transactions WILL get confirmed. Its like a forest fire out there atm, it needs to calm down
