I am quite new at Python
I was able to "pip" the Bitcoin tools.

But I tried the same with "electrum" and I got :

Collecting electrum
  ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement electrum (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for electrum

Hope you can tell me what I am doing wrong
