Where is top exchanges?? Why with 25 mln raised usd UTN does not have any good exchange? Where is partnerships and tokens using? They are just spending money for useless conferences (
Useless? How are they gonna show businesses that they exist? Look how many partnerships we have now. I don't believe that every one of the will be successful but at least 2-3 would be great for the start.
I'd say that budget spending is quite wise. Those funds will be enough for many years. I'm sure that by that time we'll have real usage.
