I am in india and the prices are so cheap here and it might be less than $0.1 per copy I guess.
nop that price is expensive i know some details you place bulk order you can get cheap quotation they are make (4 ctp plate and ink,papers,Machine I.M) and most press are ready to ship
Not sure about the accurate price but compared to countries which are developed everything in India is so cheap.
