Can i ask that why dont you let your clients to bet on Racing markets ? All my bets need around 1-1.5 minute for match. And sometimes my bets get match with funny amounts like 1mbtc. ( Im not a big player , my max bet is 100 ) I contacted live help tons of times and they say ' Your acc is ok , looks nothing wrong on our side.
Also i sent screenshots , video records too but never got a reply.
I have to say this too ; your payments are superfast without any problem but this delay&limit makes all meanless . Hope i can get a reply about this unknown problem ..

as I see you are the same person who was complaining about mbet as well , and since both of sportsbet and mbet use the same odds provider for racing then I'm sure it's a problem with the provider
not sure if it's temporary or not , but back in my days all bets used to get accepted fast no matter what the sizing was
would love to see sportsbet getting another odds provider TBH cause the current one is really bad
especially after the partnership with Watford since the majority of UK gamblers do bet horses and greyhounds so probably they will check the racing section instantly after creating an account with sportsbet
