last time i needed to trade i went to coin base pro. they offered 0% trading fee for makers. now it's 0.15%. not the end of the world, but still sucks compared to 0%. are there any reputable exchanges still offering no fee trades?
I guess that was just a marketing strategy that they used to entice people in using their exchange in order to gain more volume on their site,probably they have the volume needed already to continue surviving in this competitive market, which may be the reason why they dumped the free trading fee.
But I dont think the trading fee is still quite high compared to some exchanges that I have used in the past before I got to know Binance, but right now, I think Binance has got the lowest trading fee you can ever imagine, so I will suggest that you try Binance out if you have not, I think bittrex too would also be a very good choice for very low fees. I heard that kraken does have too but I have not used them before.
