Some of these coins that are currently not responsive to bitcoin bull run at the moment may still plunge further, and they probably won’t stop plunging until bitcoin reaches its peak and about consolidating, that is when many of them tries to be fully responsive by surging so high too, and I think that will be the best point for investing I those coins.

I have so much regards for XLM so much and I also believe in the project, they might be down in value now and seems not to respond to this current bitcoin uptrend, but these type of coins that people seems to be losing hope on are the ones that use to multiply in thousand folds when the altcoins season comes and they start going on their own bull run.
