OP is pointing out to those people that are calling bitcoin has no value but they are using paper money which has been printed and the value has been declared by the gov't.
In summary, they are telling the same thing with fiat money that we use.
Earlier fiat really had some value as it was supported by gold and sometimes other goods, but now the price is regulated. Bitcoin has a different value, that's just its equivalent is not yet clear.
Now it's the gov't that dictates on how much is the value of their fiat.
And most of the local currencies now are depending to the market of USA, so if there's an economic crash on US, almost every country that depends on them will have their crash as well and so is the inflation.
