I'm not so sure about that, did you check all posts made by Albertinon on June 22nd? on that day he posted multiple PoA in so many different bounty threads,
but he posted different bitcointalk profile link (not his own userid) and different ETH address on each post
I don't know why he does that or what's going on with that account
but something is definitely not right with that account
