You're right, my partner said the same thing not long ago - I'll change it with the next update.
You currently find our Terms under "Rules" once you're logged in.
The restriction has lots of benefits for the backend and is currently planned to stay - if this turns out to be a mistake I guess I'll have to jump in the sourcecode.
