well there can be many things to consider,  it depends on your holding that is the coin you hold, your plans for investing in the first place, no one can actually give you a better answer to when you should sell, this should be included in your investment plans
It depends on time to sell more than your planning we will have to wait for the right time to sell the coin when you see in market price is getting higher you can sell, most of the time we use the word red market for buying coin and using word green market for selling the coin, so with time price rises and you will get an opportunity to sell your investment.
