The growth is un organic and fake , maybe by 2 or 3 whales or maybe even a corrupt exchange

You don't have enough evidence or proofs. I don't know why you make a conclusion too early. Altcoins will increase if the price of Bitcoin tends to stable after the high fluctuation.
