create whitepaper with substance. not a copy-paste-type wp. put your time and effort to create your own identity. while creating your wp, you can plan your next activities to explore your marketing side. as you said, you are working from your own funds and i understand it is very hard to move forward without sufficient funds to spend with.
but if people will see that you are sincere in pushing this project to another level, you might get your loyal supporters from them...
Why do you think we dont have one yet? with 50$/100$ I can get one, a copy past, but a good one, that some people have recommend to me, they are asking 500$ ++ so that is why we have not done one yet.
