1. Why do short deck tables have country restrictions since 3 days ago?
2. Why is 'create table' not allowed since 7 days ago?
3. Why aren't there tables of limits higher than 20/40 NLC2 to compensate for the issue in question 2?
4. What is the reason for lack of 6 max tables?
