It may be he is too desperate and not even realizing how long he'd been in the casino. Too sad for him and nothing have to blame but himself.
..maybe the government needs to make a law for how long each individual can stay in gambling places specially casino.(but ofcourse the casino operator will do anything just to prevent this from happening because the longer the player stay the big profit they can have,even if this turns into health issue of their players)
I don't think that would be the government concerns and as a gambler, we know also our limitation and also to know our health condition.
Would this casino will take action and might check their gamblers condition, though not their job but it somewhat we consider as additional service.
Yes you are right it is our own duty to gamble or not as government will not be responsible for any issue occur in our life as gambler, we will have to be careful about our emotions and about our gambling, just do job along with gambling it will save you from mental stress in case of any situation, controlling emotion is very important.
