With no website and an empty github this is enough red flags for most to walk away but before you do I would like to clarify where the confusion can arise.

It is us (PAWS Fund) that you are trusting with the premine and as this is a custom gold deal, we are essentially running the masternode side of the WATCHDOG company as if it were our own. Our team will create the blockchain, support it and even fully host the masternode project in our VAULT Investments discord server with all official links and media hosted and ran by us.

You are correct on all counts to "smell a rat" but please read the reply above, which should answer your questions.
A newbie user can join at anytime but I do see your point. However, you can also see that it was a newbie and not a 'serial" poster that was paid to post.
