I don’t understand what gave them the audacity to think of coming back again, this must be a sort of joke or what after they scammed a lot of people which they even had the biggest scam record. I though the head of bit connect was arrested already, though I didn’t follow up after his arrest in Dubai, though he would be worsening in jail by now, has he finished his jail time and planning to come for the second fraud again.

If this is true, I believe the authority will not allow this to ever happen, because this will really be lapses on the part of the authority in charge themselves watching such company to come back again after they have already been blacklisted. I know we do have regulations yet in cryptocurrency, but government can still not ignore the case of fraud just like that.
