can this world stop in gambling?
someone who like to gamble hard to escape from the gambling trap. almost like a drug addict. Even after they went bankrupt still struggling to gamble by borrowing money for gambling. Actually what do they expect?
I guess not. Gambling always was and always will be. I dare to say it's one of the human innate properties (combination of greed and fun) ... the diference is some can controll it but some can't. It's pretty good adrenalin/fun and I have nothing agains people who can afford it but borrowing money just to gamble them is really bad approach (as you said it's kind of illness/drug and serious cases should definitely be treated).
My personal opinion is such people are not very smart (or well educated) thus we can't expect them to fully consider the consequences (they realize it when it's too late).
You can only stop playing gambling if you have no money r change your lifestyle. But once you are addict and you cannot control your emotional and mental, your probably lead into addiction. We don`t anymore refuse to say that playing games might not lead to disorder because anything that is too much can harm us.
Gambling can be stopped but not by all people. It is just like a smoking wherein others cannot live without it. In shot, it gives our life a color.
