We need drastic decrease of memory consumption, the staking loop can be rearranged as with pivx(?) (presstab did that change, he knows what to put where)

why decrease the memory ? Now Raspberry Pi have 4 GB RAM
try to compile for this ... put fail now 
after make -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=1 stop the compile after leveldb without a error
