Do you know why? Because people do not like to pay somebody for nothing (I am speaking about the fees for nothing)..... People do not like to pay for wisdom and also bit giants as facebook/microsoft, amazon etc do not want to miss the opportunity not to pay government for this "wisdom"    Easy scheme, all like it
