Representatives of Le Cordon Bleu, the world renown international chain of hospitality and culinary schools teaching French cuisine will visit Poland to present their famous courses which provide highest level of training in range of cooking, confectionary, oenology, dietetics and management in gastronomy. During the culinary art display, Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Master Chef Olivier Guyon will lead the demonstration of the skills and knowledge he shares with 20 thousand students annually all over the world. Additionally, Le Cordon Bleu representatives will present important information about school’s teaching methodology, courses and worldwide network of culinary and culinary management institutes.
