When will cash points be opened in Thailand?

Branches in Thailand for issuing cash loans will be open until the end of the year. The project successfully attracts investment and soon closes hardcap
I think that the hardcap will be closed in July and we can see the rapid development of the project.
By the end of the year there will be new borrowers and branches in different countries.
