I was thinking.. 8 words 32 char....
an average of 4 letter per word....
it reminds me of the BIP39 wordlist... where all words have 4 significant letters (some only 3)

Maybe the question refers to that list somehow...?
there are 8 words in the question (not counting "?", "21", ".txt" )

I'm trying some COMB-inations.. so far nothing ...
