In the scam accusation board or in the reputation board I have seen trusted member like The Pharmacist was pissed off because of their bad service few weeks or month ago I think.
Yes, that was me, and the thread is
here. They did end up making good in the end, however. And prior to that incident, I had used them many times for exchanges and never had a problem with them. I've never tried buying anything with a credit card, though.
IMO, they're not a scam exchange. In my case, they happened to take NEO offline
right after I'd sent them bitcoin to exchange for it, which I thought was an idiotic move on their part. I haven't used them again and probably won't because of that, but OP probably won't have an issue if he decides to go with Changelly.
If anything happens, open up a scam accusation as soon as things look fishy.
