You might be onto something. According to Cointorox's twitter acc^[1], Livecoin listed this coin 3 days ago so, it wouldn't be far-fetched to think that the review is some sort of "thank you" gift (as well as a guide), which makes the entire review look completely biased (OP left out the scam accusations against this exchange).
